Returns

First and foremost, our goal is 100% customer happiness.

  • If you aren’t happy with your order for any reason DO NOT send the print back to us.  Please contact us first.  In most instances, we don’t require you to return the print to us to receive an exchange or redo.
  • Any art that arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping is replaced immediately at no charge and you don’t need to send it back to us.  All we ask is that you keep the packaging and send us a few pics of the damage so we can file a claim with the shipper.
  • Don’t like your art?  Honestly, it’s extremely rare a custom is unhappy with their art.  That said, all orders do come with a 30 day happiness guarantee.  While we can’t offer money back guarantees for the art we produce, we’ll replace your art with a different photo or material if you’re not happy.
  • If you want a replacement that is higher in cost we will need to charge the difference.
